Terms & Conditions of Seamstress Fabrics:

 Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for once fabric has been cut.

We strongly recommend you follow the care instructions listed in the product description, as we will not accept claims on fabric that have not been washed correctly.

Due to variances in monitor settings we cannot guarantee the colour shades of the fabric, if this is important to you, please email me and I will provide the closest Pantone colour or a swatch.  

Mistakes will sometimes happen, if we have sent you the wrong fabric or the fabric has a fault, we will replace or refund including shipping fees. Please email us at hello@seamstressfabrics.com.au within 14 days of purchase to make a claim.

If you would like to return a non fabric item within 14 days of purchase, we require the item to be sent back with tracking at your cost and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please note once you have contacted us, please be timely in returning, as after 14 days after contact, we won't accept the items back.


Under no circumstances will we share or sell your personal details onto third parties or outside companies. 


Prices are in AUD and exclude GST.

Electronic Communication 

By signing up or ticking subscribe to newsletter, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. We will occasionally communicate with you by email or by posting notes on our Facebook page.

Payments and Security

We accept the following payments direct deposit by arrangement only, Laybuy, PayPal, Credit card via Shopify and Afterpay.

Our payment gateways are securely processed by PayPal and Shopify payments.
